What insurances does Full Circle work with?
Full Circle seeks to be in network with all Medi-Cal managed care plans by the end of 2025. As of January 2025, we are contracted with Kaiser Permanente, Health Net, Molina, Blue Shield Promise, L.A. Care Health Plan, Alameda Alliance for Health, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, Contra Costa Health Plan, San Francisco Health Plan, and Gold Coast Health Plan.
What kinds of provider organizations does Full Circle work with?
We are committed to advancing equity by increasing the diversity of providers delivering culturally congurent, trauma-informed care within Medi-Cal managed care plan networks. Most of our contracted providers are nonprofit CBOs with deep community roots and ties to the people they serve. What does it mean to "become a Full Circle provider"?
Full Circle signs contracts with organizations that demonstrate they can deliver services in line with Medi-Cal requirements. We know this can be foreign to many CBOs. That is why we have a team of provider success coaches who help you through that process.
How long does it take to get started?
The certification and contracting process can take between two and six months, depending on your organization's level of readiness. One of the first steps providers do is take a self-assessment that helps us guage how much support they need and about how long everything might take.
How much does it cost to join Full Circle?
There are no start-up costs to join Full Circle. Full Circle gets paid a percentage of revenue collected only when providers get paid for delivering Medi-Cal services.
Does Full Circle provide technology supports? Do we have to use them?
Full Circle provides an electronic health records system configured for all the required managed care billing for participating providers. We encourage providers to use this system but will work on alternative data sharing pathways for certain providers. Tell us your preference at the beginning of the onboarding process.
