About the CA Alliance of Child and Family Services
Full Circle Health Network (FCHN) is an affiliate organization of the California Alliance of Child and Family Services and its Children’s Services Foundation (dba Catalyst Center).
The 160 nationally accredited non-profit organizations of the California Alliance of Families and Children are located in all of California’s 58 counties and experts in delivering services that meet the needs of children and families. Their services range from early childhood mental health to school-based mental health and substance use services, to crisis stabilization, 24/7 hospitalization alternatives and residential care.
Governance
FCHN has a Governing Council of member provider organizations who provide guidance and oversight of the Executive Director. The Governing Council makes recommendations to the CA Alliance Board of Directors as it relates to the development and functioning of Full Circle.
Full Circle’s core principles build on the 10 principles of Wraparound. We shoulder the administrative burdens so that providers can focus on delivering services built on the following principals. We aim to infuse these principals more broadly across health care settings.
Full Circle's 10 Core Principles
Family and client voice and choice is the foundation of service delivery.
Services are team-based with team members agreed upon by the client and family.
We leverage natural supports of interpersonal and community relationships.
We collaborate across systems, organizations, and providers to develop, implement and monitor a single plan based on the client and family’s defined goals.
Community-based services take place in the most inclusive, responsive, accessible, and least restrictive settings possible.
Services are culturally competent, respecting and building on the values, preferences, beliefs, culture, and identity of the client and family.
We create individualized goals and customized strategies, supports, and services.
Services are strengths-based to identify, build on, and enhance the capabilities, knowledge, skills, and assets of the client and family.
We are persistent in working toward the goals despite challenges and setbacks.
We care about outcomes and tie goals and strategies to measurable success indicators.
